Start with your venue
Check the venue, date and time in your confirmation before travelling. Assessment appointments and class times are separate.
Before you leave home
- Confirm the swimmer’s appointment or class; do not travel on the basis of a website listing alone.
- Bring swimwear, goggles and a towel.
- Follow the arrival time and pool check-in instructions in your confirmation.
- Tell the academy in advance about anything the coach needs to know for the session.
- For an assessment, arrange a separate appointment for each swimmer, including siblings.
For a triathlon session, confirm the meeting point and equipment with the academy before attending.
