At 4th Lane Swim Academy, we mentor champions in life through excellence in swimming. Based in Abu Dhabi, we offer world-class indoor training programs that focus on long-term athlete development, with an emphasis on technique, progression, and performance.
Guided by our experienced coaching team, we’ve helped athletes achieve over 80 medals in Age Group National Championships across 18 countries. Whether you’re learning to swim or competing at the highest level, 4LSA is the program of choice for swimmers committed to success.

Our Story
4th Lane Swim Academy was founded on a vision—driven by passionate professionals who constantly challenge themselves to deliver the swimming program of choice. What inspires us most is helping others achieve what truly matters to them.
We believe sport is one of life’s greatest teachers. Every day, we strive to make a positive impact on our members, helping them succeed not only in the pool but also in life, through excellence in sports. With that comes a deep sense of responsibility—ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards as we guide our swimmers in pursuing their dreams.
Since opening in August 2016 in Abu Dhabi, we’ve grown from a small program operating out of a single pool into the city’s most reputable and trusted swim academy—home to Abu Dhabi’s most ambitious swimmers.
At 4th Lane Swim Academy, people are at the heart of everything we do. Regardless of background, starting level, or ultimate goal, our entire team is here to support, guide, and inspire every member on their journey toward excellence.
