As 4LSA’s Director of Operations, Sebastian Coulson plays a pivotal role in aligning the academy’s long-term vision with the strategic actions needed to achieve it. With a background in both swim coaching and business development, Sebastian brings a rare blend of technical insight and operational leadership.

Having experienced the day-to-day demands of running a swim program, Sebastian understands what it takes to support both coaches and athletes. His hands-on knowledge allows him to effectively design systems that enhance performance, streamline operations, and foster continued growth.

Sebastian is also responsible for managing 4LSA’s school partnerships and outreach programs, leading collaborations with some of Abu Dhabi’s most respected educational institutions.

Known for his strong interpersonal and communication skills, he is instrumental in building positive relationships with stakeholders, parents, and partners.
