ROGER DE MANRESA

Co-founder and Head Coach Roger De Manresa has led 4th Lane Swim Academy since its launch in 2016. With a strong vision for long-term success, Roger is dedicated to building a world-class program for both swimmers and coaches.

Since moving to the Middle East in 2012, Roger has guided athletes who have earned medals and set national age group records in countries including Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, Egypt, Lebanon, Holland, Philippines, South Africa, Morocco, France, Spain & Finland.

Many of his swimmers have proudly represented their countries at international events such as the Youth Olympics, Arab Championships, and the Mediterranean COMEN Cup.

Roger also leads the 4LSA coaching mentorship program, supporting the continuous development and professional growth of the academy’s coaching team.
