A few souvenirs of the 4LSA swimmers and coaches who travelled to Thailand for a joined training camp with Speedo Swim Squads. Amazing experience and fantastic opportunity to foster camaraderie, nurture long-lasting friendships while working hard through a full week of adventure and training. 

Massive congratulations to Luke Nevin Suarez for his amazing performance at the City of Liverpool SC National Qualifier Championships.  Luke travelled to England to compete at the regional meet over the weekend, achieving great PB’s and claiming a total of 10 individual medals:   5 Gold medals: 200 Freestyle, 200 IM, 100 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke & 400
